A/N: Because we all need some fluff. Green doesn't belong to me, blah blah blah.
--------------------
You sat up in bed, staring at the clock and tapping your fingers. It was the night of the annual fireworks show down at the park, but your parents had grounded you for staying out late one night. All you could do was listen to the booms and crackles, observing the occasional burst of colour against the dark sky.
Sighing to yourself, you decided that it was time to get ready for bed.
And at that moment, a knock came from your window.
He stood on your balcony, arms crossed and leaning against the window, his bored smirk drawn across his face as usual.
But above all were those bright green eyes, staring right at you.
"Green!" You rushed over, glancing back at the bedroom door then heading outside.
Hadn't he been studying in Sinnoh for the past few months?
A light breeze hit you, but it was warm enough for a normal summer outfit. He embraced you, which admittedly took you by surprise until you sank into the hug.
He was warm and familiar and comfortable, and you hadn't realized just how much you'd missed him until now.
"Thought I forgot about our tradition?" The two of you used to sneak out as kids and watch, climbing down the tree from the balcony.
"N-no, I just didn't expect you to return from Sinnoh for tonight."
He smirked, taking you by the hand and leading you over to the same tree.
"You can borrow my sweater or something. Let's go."
The two of you worked through the branches, taking care not to snap any or make enough noise to wake your sleeping parents.
Green lead you through the forest until you reached a large tree at the edge of a clearing. After several years of firework-watching, the two of you had decided that the tree had both the best climbing branches and best view for the show.
"(Y/N)! Up here!" You felt like a kid again, making your way up by grabbing the branches above you and testing your footing.
"You've always been a slow climber, Green." You laughed, nudging him from below.
He responded by knocking a few pinecones down at you while you tried to swat them away.
He settled down on a wide branch as you opted for one right beside him.
"It feels like we haven't done this in forever." You breathed in the fresh air around you, taking in the scenery and the night's sounds.
Going to he show was always exhilarating, but much more so when you were several feet up in the air.
"Hey, (Y/N). There's a really nice view up here." Green called out to you, motioning you up by patting the space in front of him on the branch.
You'd been friends since childhood. So why did you feel so nervous all of a sudden?
"I don't think I'll fit up there." You blurted out, mentally cursing yourself at how awkward you had sounded.
He chuckled before offering you a hand.
"Don't worry. You will."
It was awkward, climbing up to where he was. It took some uncomfortable face-to-leg bumps and strange positions to climb up in front of him, but you soon found yourself settled in his lap.
He wrapped his arms around your waist right away, and you could feel his light laughs coming from behind you. The two of you sat in silence for a while, and you eventually found yourself breathing out and becoming less tense.
"Beautiful, isn't it?" He murmured, holding you a little tighter and pressing his chin on your shoulder.
"I- I like the pink ones." You mumbled. If your first comment wasn't enough to put you in the socially-inadept-hall-of-fame, that certainly was.
The boy was used to your strange responses, letting out another laugh before turning to you.
"I mean you." Green responded simply, using a finger to tilt your face toward his.
Your cheeks were red and practically on fire, because you knew what was coming next.
Slowly, he pressed his lips on yours as you gripped his free hand tightly.
He squeezed back in reassurance, continuing to plant kisses on your tingling lips.
You couldn't help but smile like an idiot when he pulled you closer and prepared for another round of kisses.
Suddenly, you didn't care about the fireworks show anymore.
Because nothing could compare to the fireworks inside when Green kissed you.

Green X Reader: Annoyance
“Hey, thanks for coming over. I know you have gym leader duties and all, but… Thank you so much for taking the time to come over.” You exclaimed. “No problem. Besides, its been quite a long time since I’ve came over.” Green replied, glancing over to you. “Y-Yeah.”
You picked up your cup of tea, taking a sip. Placing the cup back down onto the delicate glass table, you started to talk to the brunette in front of you. “So, how’s the gym?” You asked, deciding to use the question to break the ice.” “Okay, I guess.” Green replied, not ela

A green pokeball...Green. I wanted to cry. Green and I weren’t really friends, in fact, we hated each other with a passion. Silver slightly pushed us into the closet and before he closed the door, He frowned at me. As soon as the door closed, Green pushed me to a wall and locked my arms with his hands.
“G-get off me, you idiot!” I yelled and he only tightened his grip.
He smirked. “(Name), so pesky but yet beautiful…” he slowly put his hand on the top of my neck and lips slowly touched my neck. up and down his mouth went, gently sucking and biting my skin and trying to find my sweet spot.

You ran away, crying, from your house. Your cousin was roaring drunk, insulting you. His hurtful words echoed within your head. 'Ugly,' 'worthless,' 'stupid.' These words had haunted you for your entire life, as your parents were never home and left your horrid cousin to look after you.
You ran, not thinking about where you were going. Your legs had unintentionally taken you to your friend Green's house. He was sitting on his porch when you ran o
